Up to $1,500,000 to $1,900,000. They'd consider a teardown property or vacant lot as well. Mature trees are a plus.
Buyer #2: Anywhere along the tracks in La Grange, Western Springs, Hinsdale or Clarendon Hills
Description: Couple from the city returning back to the western 'burbs. Wants under 2,500 square feet in a "walk to" neighborhood. Must have large kitchen. Will consider a house that needs updating. 3 bedrooms are okay. Under $800K.
Buyer #3: Apartment building in the western suburbs. Preferably a four flat.
Description: Investor looking for an apartment building in the western suburbs, anywhere in the western or southwestern suburbs. Target pricing is under $400,000. Short sales, foreclosures and distressed situations are okay.
