As a result of this mall’s huge success and contribution to Oak Brook’s tax base, Oak Brook residents have one of the lowest real estate tax rates in Illinois.

Oak Brook enjoys easy access into the city of Chicago by car via Interstate 290. By air, O’Hare International Airport and Midway Airport are about 30 minutes away.
Oak Brook has one of the best funded park districts in the area. It boasts one of only two polo fields in the Chicago metropolitan area. Moreover, it contains the beautiful Fullersburg Woods Forest Preserve.
