What do I like best about consulting with families about their real estate decisions? When I’m performing my job, I don’t feel as if I’m working. As a result, time flies by.  I felt that way when I was first licensed in 1989 and I feel that way today. The only difference is that in addition to still being passionate, now I am more expert than ever. Moreover, it’s gratifying to know that the counsel provided to clients is used in making their largest financial decisions.

Sue manages the group’s marketing program. After Bryan creates a customized marketing plan for a client, Sue ensures that each element of the plan is launched to maximize impact. Additionally, Sue spearheads the group’s special projects. For example, if we are working with an out-of-state family moving here who has special needs, Sue researches the most viable solutions to ease the family’s transition to the western suburbs of Chicago.

Cari Jennings
Client Care Administrator

Cari is responsible for the day-to-day activities on all of Bryan’s listings.  She oversees the marketing process with Bryan.

Laura Rooney
Realtor

Laura is a buyer’s specialist with 10 years of experience.  She is 100% focused on buyers only.  Since she does not work with the sellers, the level of service to buyers is at a concierge level.  Buyers benefit by having access to properties that are not yet on the market.

Lyn Van
Realtor

Lyn is a licensed Realtor.  She oversees Bryan's internal systems at Coldwell Banker.  Bryan and Lyn work together with buyer clients.  Additionally, her responsibilities include stepping in for Bryan when he is unavailable or has a day off.  In his absence, she checks Bryan’s voicemail and email.  She also keeps a watchful eye on every aspect of the sales transactions.  She is constantly in touch with the lawyers, paralegals, lenders, home inspectors, etc., so that all transactions run smoothly to minimize stress to our clients.
