The word is finally getting out that homes are selling in 2012. As of this week, here is a list showing the active home listings by town and the percentage that are under contract:

Western Springs   75% under contract

Hinsdale              28% under contract

LaGrange            58% under contract

Clarendon Hills    30% under contract

Burr Ridge           15% under contract
